Ordentliche Nummer sind die Zahlen, deren Ziffern in nicht absteigender Reihenfolge angeordnet sind. Hier wird uns eine Zahl gegeben und wir müssen eine andere Zahl finden, die kleiner ist, aber der gegebenen Zahl am nächsten kommt. Außerdem sollte diese Zahl ordentlich sein, d. h. ihre Ziffern sollten in nicht absteigender Reihenfolge sein.
Beispiele:
Input : 91234 Output : 89999 Tidy property is violated by appearing 1 after 9. So we will reduce 9 by 1 and the number right to it will be replaced by 9. So generated tidy number is 89999. Input : 45000 Output : 44999
Die Idee besteht darin, vom Ende aus zu queren. Immer wenn die Ordnungseigenschaft verletzt wird, reduzieren wir die Ziffer um eins und machen alle nachfolgenden Ziffern zu 9.
